Tiles
Tiles are blocks of quick buttons that are linked with important lists/sites. When the user clicks on the title link of a Tile, it redirects to corresponding lists/sites.
Tickets
This will show all the submitted tickets.
Submit Ticket
By clicking on the Submit ticket tile, user can request a new ticket. Type in the details and click save for submitting the ticket.
Videos
User can view and drop tutorial videos here.
User can view and comment for Videos.
User can add the videos to this portal as shown below.
User can Upload Videos from the System.
Audit
This will redirect to an editable page. Software asset management checks issues that can occur while installation of a new software is done for an organization. User can edit the page by clicking on .
IT Library
This will redirect user to a list of IT related documents.
To add a document, click on Upload> Files, and upload from desired location
To delete the document, select the document and click delete button.
FAQs
A list of frequently asked questions.
To add a new FAQ, click on new button.
Enter the details and click save for keeping and cancel for discarding the changes.
To delete a document, select the document and click on delete button.
To edit a document, select the document and click edit button.
Click on save for keeping the changes or click cancel for discarding the changes.
